The following terms and conditions will apply to all Yo-Shiatsu treatments:
- If you are unable to attend a booked treatment, you must give us at least 24 hours notice in order to rearrange your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed appointments, are chargeable and the session will unfortunately be forfeited;
- All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date they were issued. After 6 months, the voucher becomes invalid.
- Before any treatment begins, you should inform your practitioner of any significant existing medical conditions which could impact your treatment.
